• Incorporates companies and partnerships promoting the business interests of Richard Fitzgerald
• Formed in 1997 after many years of property and business transactions of Richard Fitzgerald to pull the many projects together
• Offices at ‘Fitzgerald House’ Grand Parade, Cork in a property owned by The Oran Group
• From Irish base, it has spread its interests into UK, Spain, Hungary, Tenerife and Cape Verde
• Working full time on Waste projects, property investments, developing properties commercial and residential, pubs & Restaurants and several other businesses
• It has a substantial interest in Hotels and holiday villages.

Oran Group has developed a strong reputation within the construction sector for providing high quality architecturally designed projects. Current developments include:

• 650 residential units and commercial shopping Area in Rushbrooke, Co. Cork. 75% complete. Joint venture partner Fleming construction
• 108 residential units, 32 of which are in a holiday home tax scheme, Shanagarry, Co. Cork. Holiday homes completed. Phase 2 commenced
• 70 residential units and 4 commercial units in Clondulane, Fermoy, Co. Cork. 40% complete
• 88 residential units 52 of which are tax based holiday homes, in Kenmare Co. Kerry. Recently commenced
• 650 residential units and hotel in Castletroy Co. Limerick. 232 units are student tax based and complete. In partnership with Gable holdings.
• 28 holiday houses in Caherdaniel, Co. Kerry. Currently in planning.
• 24 residential units in Midleton, Co. Cork. Being submitted for planning.

Oran Group Current UK Developments
In UK work as Oran UK with partner Barry Harte (www.harteholdings.ie) in a JV structure on all projects with Pierse Construction which is a mainly Irish based large contracting group.

• 73 residential units and 32,000 sq. ft. offices plus 12,000 sq. ft. A3 use, Tower buildings, Liverpool. 70% complete
• 109 residential units and 2,500 sq. ft. of commercial in Kent St. , Liverpool. Completing in December
• 55 Residential units in Sefton St., Liverpool. Recently commenced
• 154 Residential units and 7,500 sq. ft. of retail in EastMills, Leeds. Due to Commence shortly
• 3 more large scale mixed developments under negotiation

• Involved in the Radisson Hotel, Limerick Inn as part owner going forward. Completed in 2004. 160 bedrooms, conference centre and leisure complex
• Developed the 129 bed Radisson Lodge & Spa, Little Island, Cork. Large conference centre and leisure centre. Recently completed and involved in ownership going forward
• Developed the Redbarn Quality Hotel & Leisure centre. Hand over was 01-06-04 Involved in ownership going forward and has successfully traded for last year.
• Hotel projects, at home and abroad are being assessed at present
